EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
BEN CLARKE
With over 30 years’ global experience in consumer products, Ben Clarke joined Accolade Wines as Chairman in April 2024 and has recently assumed the role of Executive Chairman to lead the business through its next exciting phase of growth.
Ben has held various board and executive leadership roles with multiple food and beverage businesses in Europe, the US and Australia, including leading Kraft Foods in Australia and New Zealand and Burton Biscuits in the UK.
Ben is also Chairman of natural beverage and plant-based food company Soulfresh Limited in Melbourne and sits on the boards of The White Rabbit Pizza Company, and Young Foodies in the UK.

CLAUDIA SCHUBERT
Claudia is a seasoned global business leader with over 25 years of experience in strategy, brand-building, and operating model transformation across North America and Europe. A dual U.S.-German citizen, she brings strong cultural leadership. Most recently serving as President of Diageo North America, she has deep expertise in scaling brands, transforming brand portfolios through M&A and leveraging analytics and technology into winning routes-to-market.
Claudia is currently a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Culinary Institute of America. She holds an MBA from Harvard and completed Oxford’s Leading Sustainable Corporations Program. Based in North Carolina, she was named Market Watch’s 2023 Industry Executive of the Year.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
MITCH TAYLOR
Mitch is a Partner at Samuel Terry Asset Management. He brings extensive commercial experience across a variety of transactions and corporate situations in a range of industries. Based in Sydney, Mitchell has a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

DAN JAGO
Dan brings deep expertise in wine and wine retailing, first joining the industry in 1988 following a nine-year career as a navigator in the Royal Navy. He began his wine career at Laytons Wine Merchants before joining Bibendum, where he went on to become Managing Director. In 2006, he moved to Tesco as Group Director for beer, wine and spirits.
In 2015, Dan became Chief Executive for Berry Bros & Rudd, the 325-year-old wine merchant in St James, London. He was later appointed by Richemont in 2019 to lead the luxury gunmaker and clothing company, James Purdey & Sons, into its next era.
Dan divides his time between North Dorset and London.
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
NEIL ROBSON
Neil brings 30 years of experience guiding companies through turnaround and transformation, with more than 20 years in executive roles as Chief Risk Officer or Chief Financial Officer, as well as non-executive roles.
Neil qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen before establishing his career advising companies going through significant change. Neil was a senior partner
at THM Partners, a London-based restructuring advisory firm, from 2008 until 2023. More recently, Neil has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of Codere New Topco SA and Thames Water.
Neil is based in the UK.
